  • Do I need one opener or two for a double-leaf entrance?

    A double-leaf entrance needs two actuator arms linked through a single control board so both leaves open and close in sequence. A single-leaf entrance uses one arm and one control board. The installer confirms the configuration during the pre-installation survey.

  • What happens if the power goes off?

    A manual release key is supplied with every installation and demonstrated at handover. It disengages the actuator arm so the leaf can be pushed or pulled open by hand. This means a power cut does not leave you locked in or out.

  • Will the motor cope with a heavy steel or timber leaf?

    Only if the actuator arm is rated for that leaf weight. A standard kit fitted to a heavy leaf will stall, stop mid-swing, or wear out early. Leaf weight is measured before hardware is ordered so the arm rating matches the actual load.

  • What safety features are included as standard?
